This blend combines Lavender, Geranium and Ylang Ylang which will naturally help calm the nervous system and promote a relaxing atmosphere before sleep. Sweet dreams guaranteed. BENEFITS May help lower heart rate and blood pressure. Promote relaxation and calm the nerves. Encourage a restful and deep sleep. HOW TO USE: Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Dream Drops essential oil blend to your diffuser at nighttime to promote relaxation and encourage sleep. Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break. Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed. Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation. Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath at night time to help relax. Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck before going to bed. INGREDIENTS: Lavandula intermedia flower/leaf/stem (Lavandin) Oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium) leaf oil, Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) flower oil. FAQ's Is this safe for use during pregnancy? Use this oil with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Is this safe for children? We do not recommend the use of essential oils for children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or for massage use a 1% dilution ratio in a carrier oil. Is this safe to use around pets?
